We are licensed strata managing agents, a member of The Real Estate

Institute and Strata Title Management and have been in strata management

in Merrylands since 1985.

Our portfolio of strata management (both residential and industrial) range

from small blocks to complexes of 200 units with these properties situated throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.

Our aim is to maintain the Strata properties and that they be kept in good

condition at all times.

This only comes about with the Strata Management / Executive Committee / Owners working together to report any problems/repairs so that they can be attended to as soon as possible.

We have a large pool of tradespersons available for repair work on the strata complexes or the Owners Corporation can employ their own tradespersons.

We do require that all tradespersons be licensed, registered and have the necessary insurance.

There is also an after hours contact number(s) for emergency repair work.
